Each person I work with is different, and that’s important in our therapy together. I don’t have a one-size-fits-all approach because everyone’s life is unique.

Instead, we’ll focus on what psychologists call the “givens” of human experience:

  • Relationships, loneliness and isolation
  • Self-image, including body image and self-talk
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Fear of death, dying and aging
  • What you were put on this world to do

We live in a society where we’re told we can do anything, but is that true? We often feel both unlimited potential and the limits of our situation, which can lead to what we call “existential anxiety” or “existential dread.”

In our first meeting, we’ll talk about what’s bothering you and see if we’re a good fit. Then, we’ll create a personalized plan for your therapy and figure out how it fits into your daily life.
